All Projects
The All Projects page in Admin → Projects shows every project in your workspace, split into two tables — Active and Completed. From here you can search, sort, and take actions on any project.
The two tables
Projects are separated into Active and Completed tables. Both tables show the same columns and support the same actions.
What is a Completed project? Marking a project as completed is a soft flag — the project and all its data remain fully intact. Completed projects appear in a separate table at reduced visibility. They can be edited or re-activated at any time by removing the completed flag from the project settings.
Table columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Project | The project icon and name |
| Description | The project summary, if one was set |
| Created | The date the project was created |
| Actions | Edit, Delete, and Access buttons for the row |
Search and sort
A search box at the top of the page filters both tables simultaneously by project name and description. Sorting is available on the Name, Description, and Created columns — click a column header to sort ascending, click again to sort descending.
Row actions
Edit
Opens the project form on the PROJECT tab. From here you can change the project name, icon, summary, default access behaviour, and whether the project is marked as completed. See Create a Project for a full description of each field.
Access
Opens the project access editor for that project. The editor has two tabs — USERS and GROUPS — where you control which users and groups can access the project and with what effective role. See Project Access for full detail.
Delete
Permanently deletes the project. A confirmation dialog is shown before the action proceeds.
Deleting a project is permanent. All test cases, test runs, and member associations belonging to the project are removed and cannot be recovered. This action requires Tenant Admin — Project Admins cannot delete projects.
