Projects
Projects are the top-level containers for test cases, test runs, and team members in TestOrchestrator. Each project is independent — with its own members, access rules, and optionally a custom default role.
Two ways to view projects
TestOrchestrator exposes projects in two places:
- Projects (main navigation) — a card grid of every project you can access, with search, Active/Completed tabs, and quick open/edit actions. See Browsing Projects.
- Admin → Projects — a table of all workspace projects with sort, delete, and per-project access management. See All Projects (Admin).
Who can manage projects?
| Action | Required Access Level |
|---|---|
| View the projects list | Project Admin or higher |
| Create a project | Project Admin or higher |
| Edit a project | Project Admin or higher |
| Manage project members and access rules | Project Admin or higher |
| Delete a project | Tenant Admin only |
