Email Verification
After signing up, you may need to verify your email address before accessing your workspace. This is a one-time step.
When is verification required?
Email verification is a configurable setting per workspace. If it's enabled, you'll be redirected to the verification page automatically after signup or when you try to log in with an unverified account.
How to verify
- After signing up, check your inbox for an email from TestOrchestrator.
- Open the email and click the verification link.
- Your email is confirmed and you can now log in normally.
Link expiry Verification links expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired, request a new one using the steps below.
Didn't receive the email?
- Check your spam or junk folder — verification emails sometimes land there.
- On the verification page, click Resend verification email.
- Wait for the new email to arrive and click the link inside.
Resend rate limit You can only request a new verification email once every 30 seconds. If the button is disabled, wait a moment and try again.
Already verified but still prompted?
If you're asked to verify again after already doing so, try clearing your browser cookies and logging in again. If the issue persists, contact your workspace admin.
