Signing in to TestOrchestrator is passwordless. Continue with Google or GitHub, or get a one-time sign-in link by email — there's no password to enter.
No password required TestOrchestrator no longer uses passwords. You sign in with Google, GitHub, or a single-use link (and matching code) sent to your email. There is nothing to remember and no password to reset.
Sign in with email (magic link)
- Go to
testorchestrator.com/login. - Click Continue with email.
- Enter your email address and submit.
- We send a sign-in email to that address. Open it and click Sign in to TestOrchestrator — you'll be taken to your workspace dashboard.
Links and codes are single-use and expire Each sign-in link — and the one-time code in the same email — works only once and expires about 15 minutes after it's sent. If yours has expired, just request a new one from the login page.
Can't open the link? Enter the code instead
Some email clients open or scan links automatically, which can consume the link before you click it. The same email also contains a short one-time code (shown as XXXX-XXXX) you can type in manually:
- On the Check your email screen, click Enter the code manually.
- Type the code from the email and click Verify code.
- You'll be signed in and taken to your workspace dashboard.
Continue with Google or GitHub
On the login page you'll also see Continue with Google and Continue with GitHub. Choose one to authenticate with that provider — no password and no separate email link needed. You're matched to your TestOrchestrator account by email address.
Workspace SSO
If your workspace administrator has configured a single sign-on (OIDC) provider — for example Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID — that login option appears as well. See External Providers for how admins set this up.
Didn't get the email?
- Check your spam or junk folder — sign-in emails sometimes land there.
- Make sure you entered the same email address your account uses.
- Wait a moment and request a new link from the login page. Requests are rate-limited, so if you ask too often you'll be asked to wait briefly before trying again.
